Restaurant André is a new gastronomic legend created by Chef Andre Chiang. Located in a heritage shophouse in the district of Bukit Pasoh in Singapore, the restaurant welcomes guests with a warm and friendly ambiance. The service here is professional and knowledgeable. Chef Andre’s cooking is influenced by Southern French Nouvelle Cuisine, together with the focus on the Octaphilosophy that he coined to express his thoughts behind his cuisine creations. Pure, Salt,  Artisan, South, Texture, Unique, Memory and Terroir are the eight characteristics of the Octaphilosophy. Each represents a savory course with the attempt to celebrate the significance and the origin of each ingredient which is interpreted and transformed into an art piece, original and exceptionally tasteful.
